Job Description:

AMZDudes is looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Reimbursement Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in Amazon seller account management and financial recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze reimbursement opportunities for Amazon sellers.
  • File and track claims for lost, damaged, and unreceived inventory.
  • Monitor Amazon reports to ensure accurate financial reconciliation.
  • Communicate with Amazon support to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of reimbursement processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with Amazon support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Amazon reimbursement or eCommerce operations (a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
