Sourcing Agent for Amazon Wholesale Account Opening

Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive Sourcing Agent (Wholesale & Distribution) to help us open wholesale accounts with distributors and brands. This role involves identifying potential suppliers, initiating contact, and successfully securing wholesale accounts for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify wholesale distributors and brand suppliers for product sourcing.
• Make outbound calls and send emails to establish relationships and open wholesale accounts.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and account requirements with suppliers.
• Maintain a database of contacted suppliers and track progress.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure a smooth account setup process.
• Work closely with the purchasing and operations team to align sourcing efforts with business needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in Amazon Wholesale sourcing, B2B sales, or account management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required).
• Comfortable making cold calls and building relationships with suppliers.
• Ability to research and identify profitable suppliers.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Amazon wholesale business or eCommerce sourcing.
• Familiarity with supplier vetting, price negotiation, and order placement.
• Prior experience working with Amazon wholesale FBA sellers.
