Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant with Amazon experience to manage email communications and assist with daily operations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth correspondence with Amazon Seller Support, clients, and partners while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle email communication, including responding, organizing, and following up on Amazon-related queries.
  • Handle correspondence with Amazon Seller Support, suppliers, and clients.
  • Assist in scheduling, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on pending emails and critical issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
  • Amazon Seller Central experience (managing cases, resolving issues, handling disputes).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with an Amazon agency or seller.
  • Familiarity with Amazon case management and issue resolution.
  • Experience in managing client communications and scheduling.
