Job Description

We’re seeking a Calling Agent (Amazon Wholesale & Distribution) with strong communication skills to help us open wholesale accounts with distributors and brands. This role focuses on outbound calls, building relationships, and securing supplier accounts for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to wholesale distributors and brand suppliers to inquire about account openings.
• Effectively communicate and build relationships with suppliers.
• Handle follow-ups via phone and email to ensure account approvals.
• Maintain a database of contacted suppliers and track responses.
• Collaborate with the team to align outreach efforts with business needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a calling role (customer service, sales, or telemarketing).
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in making cold calls and engaging suppliers professionally.
• Ability to follow scripts while adapting to conversations naturally.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales or working with distributors is a plus.
• Familiarity with Amazon wholesale (FBA) or eCommerce is a bonus.
